Take a breather at our quiet mountain escape! This three bed, two bath multi-level condo property located on German Flats Rd is only 2 minutes from the Sugarbush Lincoln Peak base area, and 5-10 minute drive to Mt. Ellen and Mad River Glen. Perfect for families wanting a recreation-filled getaway for any season.

Nearby attractions and activities in the Mad River Valley include skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, swimming at local waterfalls, golf, road cycling and mountain biking. The unit has access to onsite tennis courts and pool (summer only) and is also adjacent to the Catamount Trail. Delicious farm to table food and some of the famous beers of Vermont are a short drive away, including Lawson's Finest Liquids just 10 minutes down the road. Burlington, Waterbury, Stowe, and Montpelier are all within an hour for additional day trips.

Amenities include television with DVD player and basic cable, wood fireplace, full kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi internet, washer/dryer. Two queen beds and two twins with sheets and towels included.

Great ski weekend

We had a great weekend staying here. Location was great just a few minutes drive to sugarbush or waitsfield for provisions. Condo was very clean and well stocked, layout worked great for our family. Beds were super comfy!

One of the nicest condos in Sugarbush

We loved this place! We have been visiting Sugarbush for 20 years and this is definitely one of the nicest condos that we have stayed in. The house has everything that you need for your visit. There is lots of room to spread out so that you aren't on top of each other. One of the best features in the large mudroom when you first come in. This room allows you to keep all of your coats, snow boots and ski boots out of the main condo but yet still warm and dry! Excellent feature! The kitchen was small but had everything that you needed to make breakfast and dinners. The condo is a town home so there are no noisy neighbors above you keeping you up at night (I am referring to Village run or Mountainside condos which are garden style) which was great on the busy MLK weekend. The condo was perfect for our stay. I have no hesitation recommending this place and will definitely stay again next ski season!

Great spacious condo and close to the mountain!

Just spent February vacation here with my family and while I should have texted Mother Nature for a bit of snow, the condo was great and accommodated us nicely. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy quiet time yet cozy enough to cuddle up on the new comfy couch to play games and watch the Olympics. Despite the few days of rain when we didn't want to ski...we were able to enjoy the town of Burlington (less than an hour away) and took a tour of the Ben and Jerry's ice cream factory in Waterbury. Lizzie and Robbie were so nice and responded quickly to any questions that we had. Would definitely rent here again!

Great Cozy Condo and close proximity to the mountain

We had an awesome weekend and the 6-8 inches Thursday night was a bonus. The condo had everything you wanted and plenty of space for our group of six. The beds were comfortable, everything worked, the kitchen had everything you needed and the fireplace heated the entire place! The ski conditions were great and the snow helped the night before. The condo is about 3 minutes from the base of the mountain and we got parking right up front. Parking at the condo was easy and plenty of space for two cars. We definitely plan to go back to Sugarbush and stay here again. The owners very extremely helpful and prompt with communication! Thank you again

Comfortable, convenient, pleasant stay

Unit was better than expected. Hard to take pictures to do property justice. Very homey and comfortable , and easy commute to Sugarbush. Owners EXTREMELY responsive to questions about unit and surrounding area.

Comfortable Ski Condo

We spent a long family weekend at this condo. Attractive place, just right for our family of 5. Delightful wooded setting, well provided in necessities and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting around the wood stove after a day on the slopes which are only a few minutes away. We would certainly recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet comfortable place for their family seeking to enjoy Sugarbush and the surrounding area.

Awesome condo, perfect location for skiing, clean and owners were very helpful

This is the perfect condo for a large family or group that wants to be near the slopes. We took the Mad River Bus (free) system to and from the slopes every day and ate lunch at the condo. Everything worked very well, just as explained in the description. The owners were super friendly and helpful. I would definitively stay here again.

Would stay here again!

My family and I had a great time here! There were a good number of bedrooms and a good size space for lounging and hanging out. There is a pool and tennis courts as well as a very large field which made for great activities for the kids. Lizzie was great to deal with and always answered questions promptly. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, spacious and centrally located to lots of attractions.

This property was perfect for our group of 4. We had plenty of room and is much more spacious than pictures suggest. Clean and beds are very comfortable. It was a short distance to Sugarbush Resort, which was ideal for skiing. Owners are quick to respond to inquiries and set us up for a great week!!! Would rent here again in a heartbeat:)

Perfect for a family ski week

Despite mediocre weather during our stay, we had a great time in this rental. The location is perfect for skiing, particularly if you want to check out Mt Ellen or Mad River Glen. German Flats Road leads right into the restaurant and shops of Waitsfield, too. The townhouse set up includes a terrific (heated) mud room entry that's great for storing ski boots and jackets, and the main floor layout feels spacious. My kids particularly enjoyed having direct access from the kitchen to a shared open yard space where they could play in the snow. On arrival, the condo was spotless, and the owners have made plenty of space in the kitchen cabinets and closets. The wifi worked perfectly while we were there, too. The owners were easy to work with and refunded our deposit promptly.
