The villa's location provides easy access to local attractions, including hiking trails, ski areas, and cultural sites like the Altaussee Literature Museum and Trautenfels Castle.
Villa Rosen boasts 3,229 sq. ft. of living space with four bedrooms, each featuring an en-suite marble bathroom with double sinks, showers, and bathtubs. Guests can also enjoy a 2,153 sq. ft. terrace and access to a 150-year-old wooden cabin with a sauna and gym.
