Welcome to our updated 1 bedroom apartment with plenty of space to accommodate 2 guests! It is conveniently close to ISU, Constitution Trail, and about 10 minutes to Rivian. There are plenty of great restaurants and shopping nearby.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen sized bed and a dresser. The kitchen is fully functional and updated with full-sized appliances and many amenities, including a Keurig coffee maker. The living room is furnished with a loveseat, a lounge chair, a large Smart TV, making the space perfect for relaxing .
The entire unit is yours to enjoy!
