It is a Fully renovated, spacious, Modern 3BD 2BA home just approximately 30 minutes away from Orlando Airport ! It is also just moments away from Cocoa Beach, Grocery stores, shopping and dining are just moments from home.

Late check-out can be done at an additional cost of $50 depending on the availability
The Indian River is just one mile away! Pristine beaches is 21 minutes drive and the Kennedy space Center is about a 15 to 20 minute drive.
