We’d stay again
This cabin is beautiful. It’s a modern, industrial type cabin so if you are wanting the log cabin feel, this isn’t the one for you.
The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were super comfy. The bathrooms were made of dreams including a lighted mirror and soak tubs.
The kitchen was cute but was lacking a few things. There was only one pan and one pot for cooking, one casserole dish, and one dish towel. If you don’t plan on cooking dinner there this wouldn’t be an issue, but we planned a steak and pasta dinner night that we struggled to accomplish (no grill either but we usually cook ours in cast iron anyway). Even breakfast with bacon, sausage, eggs, and biscuits took over twice as long having to wait on one pan for things.
The pool and hot tub were great. We had to fill the hot tub up when we first arrived but the hose was right beside it.
The theater room was another great surprise with plenty of comfy seating and personal tables for snacks.
Overall, the cabin was great. And the few things we found wrong could be an easy fix. (There were clothes left in the theater room, a door and window upstairs were left open so bugs were playing hide and seek, a tv was broken in one room, some type of cereal on the rug in the main living area, and it needed a good dusting which you expect in newer construction places). Like I said, we would stay here again. Especially for the location (10 minutes to downtown gatlinburg and the island).
