Cozy 3BD Garden Villa

The property is located in Perla Marina residency, located right in the middle between Cabarete and Sosua. Just 500 meters walking to the one of the most wonderful beaches of this area Natura Cabana beach. The beach is very quiet and clean. Very good location for the families with kids. Only 5-7 min. driving to get Sosua or Cabarete with their various restaurants, bars, nightclubs and fantastic beaches.

Mooie vakantievilla

mooie Vakantievilla met mooie tuin en zwembad in rustig en goed bewaakte afgesloten villawijk. Dagelijks onderhoud van het zwembad en meerdere keren per week een schoonmaakster en tuinonderhoud. Eigen vervoer is wel aan te raden omdat je wel wat buiten zowel sosua als cabarete zit. Bij de ingang van het terrein zit een klein winkeltje en een goed restaurant. Privestrand op een paar minuten lopen van de villa. Voor Dominicaanse begrippen is de villa zeer compleet. Paar kleine dingetjes hebben wel onderhoud nodig zoals de parasol en de wasmachine, maar alles functioneert wel gewoon. Op de 1e dag was de waterdruk weg, 1 berichtje naar Nikolas en hij kwam gelijk kijken wat er aan de hand was. De pomp bleek kapot te zijn maar werd diezelfde middag nog vervangen voor een nieuwe. Mooie snelle service! Verder geen problemen gehad en een heerlijk rustig verblijf gehad.

Great House & Great Location

Our family lives in Santiago and we drive up to the north coast a few times a year. We have stayed at many different places but this was our favorite by far. The location and price were excellent!
