A praia não é de banho! (Então não adianta estar “perto” da praia). Casa é bonitinha, bem equipada, bem arrumada e muito limpa. Anfitriã não é muito aberta a conversa.

Não foi cimo esperava, a localização é já próximo ao Porto Novo e a casa ao lado da minha, no condomínio com pessoas que não respeitavam as regras do condomínio, fazendo barulho até de madrugada.

Eu e minha família adoramos o imóvel! Viajamos eu, meu esposo, duas sobrinhas e uma pet. Muito aconchegante e bem equipado conforme anúncio. Tivemos todo o conforto, segurança e tranquilidade que buscávamos. Dona Célia foi extremamente atenciosa e rápida nos retornos nos passando muita segurança, além de ser muito educada e acolhedora. Também fomos muito bem recebidos e assessorados pela dona Lenir, pessoa muito simpática e atenciosa. Muito limpo, tanto o imóvel quanto o condomínio. Tivemos dias maravilhosos e esperamos voltar em próxima oportunidade. Uma viagem que vai ficar em nossas lembranças com muito carinho.

Tudo conforme o anúncio

Gostei muito do apartamento, tudo funcionando conforme o descrito no anúncio. Alguns pequenos detalhes quanto ao silêncio após às 22h, mas sabemos que em todos os lugares tem sempre quem não se importa com regras e nem sempre há o que pode ser feito. Porém nada tão grave que atrapalhou a estadia. A comunicação com a proprietária Célia foi excelente em tudo que precisei. Recomendo!!!

Casa maravilhosa, com muitos utensílios, condomínio familiar, zeladora prestativa e atenciosa. Ótima localização, estrutura nova. Simplesmente sem palavras! Passamos 6 dias lá, e pretendemos voltar muitas outras vezes. Super indico!

Ótimo Lugar

Eu e minha família adoramos o lugar, tudo muito limpo e organizado, tem de tudo na casa. A única coisa negativa são alguns moradores do condomínio que não respeitam os horários. No geral está de parabéns !

Casa maravilhosa, segura, próximo ao centro e principais praias da cidade. Imóvel limpo, bem cuidado, com toda estrutura necessária. Eu e minha família adoramos e pretendemos voltar. A proprietária é muito atenciosa nas tratativas e a zeladora Zenir é muito simpática e receptiva. Parabéns.
