Great location but condition needs some tlc

Great price for the location although it doesn't incoude parking, which became quite expensive over the weekend. Looked into offsite parking options and they really weren't better. The condo shows some age, also only one fob made coming and going difficult when we weren't together maintaoned asni hoped.

Great Downtown Atlanta location

Easy access to MARTA, restaurants, music. Very clean, excellent door staff/other staff. Made us feel very welcome
