Owned by an Analyst and an Architect couple, care has been taken to create a free flow rustic design. From sunrise to sunset one can hear the sunbirds, babblers, parrots; see Kingfishers and expect morning visits by peacocks. The mud house is built with stabilised earth blocks made from excavated earth from the property. Boulders excavated from site have been utilised for foundation and landscaping. The house has a patio/living, open kitchen, reading room, toilet in ground floor. 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets are in the 1st floor that have huge windows overlooking the hills and the Arecanut plantation to the north.
