The Palm Tree and Morning Glory are identical adjoining suites with a lock-out door. Each suite can sleep 4 and renting both suites will sleep 8 very nicely with 2 King and 2 Queen beds
The owner of Treetop also owns Dos Reyes Roatan Charters 30 foot Mako with twin 200 HP motors for all your Ocean Excursions boat cruise, private snorkeling and Fishing. Captain Julio runs the boat and has a van transportation service for airport, restaurant, or island transportation
Please remember electricity on the island is nearly four time the kilowatt cost of USA and Canada at USD$0.43 per KW. We want you to be comfortable but setting the A/C to 62 F or 16 C does not cool any faster but actually freezes the coils due to the high Humidity. 74 F to 80 F or 23 C26 C is the best settings. Also please do not leave the A/C running when you leave. The mini-split AC is designed to cool only the room that is occupied. Please close the doors to the other rooms. Please use the pedestal fans and ceiling fans to circulate the conditioned air. Due to the humidity the doors have some warping some doors must be pulled to latch. We want to keep our rates affordable but $600+ electric costs per month drive up our rental rate.
Dave is the host and Chip is the owner of the Tree Top home. Dave has over 16 years living full time on the island while Chip stills works in Phoenix and lives on the island around 180 days per year. This neighborhood is known to be crime free and closely monitored by the biggest security company on Roatan. Your walk to the beach is as quick as 10 minutes downhill to our community dock to catch a plentiful selection of economical and fun water taxis to the Villages of West End to the east and West Bay Beach to the west. Or, you may continue your walk 10 to 15 minutes further along soft white sandy beach to the iconic and highly rated West Bay Beach. Many people use our community beach and dock for swimming and watersports and what's really awesome is that there is a dive shop and great restaurants of Blue Roatan, Sea Salt, Xbalanque, Ibagar, Belvedere and Boat Bar right there on that beach. Maxx Communication maximum speed on the island was just increased, for years 10 MB was maximum, a year ago 50 MB was possible. The current included service is 100 MB. If you meed higher speed Maxx is offering 200 MB for a USD$250 upgrade fee. We need minimum 14 days notice for Maxx to complete the upgrade.. This speed will last your your entire stay.

Renting just a single Suite is limited to 4 guests however the lockout door can be opened if renting both suites for a total of 8 guests. Tree Top home has 2 levels with 3 Private Entrances Morning Glory on the Northeast side, Executive Penthouse on the East side and Palm Tree on the Southwest side
Sustainable water and living. All water for the entire house is captured on the roof and directed into the 24,000 gallon cistern. The water is then purified through a three filter purification system using UV-C light, carbon filters, KDF and quantum material making the water 100% sterilized drinking water from every tap and shower. ALL WATER OUT OF EVERY TAP IS SAFE TO DRINK. We offer 5 gallon jugs only because people believe the jugs are safer. Conserving water helps the reef so please hang towels. The cable rail system is a good clothes line also.
This is a very safe and secure neighborhood with 24/7 patrolled by the largest Private Security firm on the island. You will see the trucks with their yellow lights flashing all is fine they are just on patrol.
