Are you looking for a luxurious couple's retreat or a chic small family getaway? Look no further than Evergreen. This cabin carries soft sage tones through the farmhouse décor with sprinkles of nature throughout the interior that brings the peacefulness of Broken Bow's 80-ft tall pine trees and vibrant evergreens into the cabin for a truly memorable stay.

Evergreen is a modern chic farmhouse-style luxury retreat seated near the end of a cul-de-sac in the Timber Creek neighborhood. This 1-bedroom, 1-1/2 bathroom plus loft cabin is 1,400 sq-ft with hardwood floors, white shiplap interior, modern furnishings, and splashes of sage throughout. The cabin is conveniently located minutes from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, and several other local attractions.

Master Bedroom & Bathroom - The master bedroom features a king bed, two nightstands, dresser, ceiling fan, 55" 4K HDTV, closet, and private access to the back deck. The spacious en suite bathroom offers a double vanity, walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and wand, "His and Hers" spa robes, Beekman 1802 toiletries, and a private water closet designed to immerse you in the relaxing vibes of nature.

Upstairs Loft & Balcony - Take a walk up the stairs to find a perfect space for the kids or a cozy place to cuddle for the adults. The loft features a queen size sleeper sofa, two ottomans, and a 55" 4K HDTV. Take a walk outside to the "treehouse" where you can relax amongst the pines on one of the two swinging beds on the spacious upstairs balcony.

Indoor Living - Open floorplan with designer lighting, ceiling fan, 55" 4K HDTV, modern farmhouse décor with splashes of sage, indoor gas fireplace, premium leather sectional sofa with 4 USB ports, dining table with seating for 6, chair seating for 3, and a cabinet with a selection of games. There is also a half bath and a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.

Outdoor Living - The expansive deck is an extension of entertaining overlooking a seasonal creek that includes an outdoor seating and dining area, gas grill, outdoor gas fireplace, 55" 4K HDTV, and a hot tub. Head down the staircase for a little nighttime stargazing by the seasonal creek or warm up by the wood-burning fire pit while roasting marshmallows.

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare and eat meals during your stay. In the kitchen you will find stainless steel appliances, gas stovetop, island with barstool seating for 4, Keurig dual coffee maker, blender, full knife set, crock pot, mixer, toaster, ice maker, drinkware, flatware, and two sets of dishware for outdoor and indoor use.

General Information - This cabin is not suitable for pets. We appreciate your understanding. YouTube TV streaming service available for guest use. The cabin's circle drive provides ample space for boat parking if you're looking to spend a little time on Broken Bow Lake which is only a 1.5 mile drive from the cabin. If we are missing something or you have a question I haven't answered, please feel free to reach out and I will personally respond as soon as possible. Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 4, no exceptions.
