Welcome to River St. House. 1500 sq. ft of charm in a 125 year old restored Montpelier mansion (now a double townhouse). Not your typical VT DIY.
1 mile from downtown Montpelier, 1 blk to bike trail, 1/2 mile to co-op & dining/cocktails (in summer), walk to 2 dispensaries & 1/2 block to Winooski River. Chill on the 125 yr old front porch or stroll to town.
Big kitchen? We have that too.
