About this property

March and April Spring Break Dates Open! Fantastic View, Great Location!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, located on the white sand beaches of Gulf Shores, AL sleeps 8. Come and relax in the sun on the beach or by the outdoor pool. Bring a book to read on the private balcony that overlooks the beautiful ocean waves. You might get to see the dauphins playing in the surf in the early morning. The master bath has a fantastic bay view with a jetted garden tub for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen is great for cooking in or enjoy one of the many local restaurants.

Our building is located about a 1.5 miles west of the main intersection in Gulf Shores (the 'T'). So, getting to your favorite restaurants and gift shops is quick and easy. The building also has free wireless Internet service.

Shopping? Only 5 miles north of Gulf Shores, in Foley, is one of the best Outlet Shopping malls in the southeast.

Golf? There are too many golf facilities to name. Bring your clubs and swing away!

Our unit sleeps 6. There are two bedrooms and two full baths. There is queen sized sleeper sofa and a queen sized air bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, full sized refrigerator with ice maker, and all the cook ware you might need to make a meal.

There is an indoor pool and outdoor pool. We have a work out room on the 1st floor with a sauna and steam room.

Great location great view

The view was amazing, couldn’t get any closer to the beach!! The neighbors were all amazing!!The condo was nice, could use a good carpet cleaning, especially the master!! Pots and pans need to be replaced. Warped and worn out.Furniture well worn, not comfortable.

Great views

The condo is older, kitchen is very well equipped and the views of the Gulf are fantastic. The advertised heated outdoor pool was not heated and this was a big disappointment as you can’t swim in the gulf waters. Floors need a good cleaning with more than vacuuming. Otherwise, good stay overall.

Surprising balcony

The cool weather of February wasn’t a problem…we were protected from the wind and were able to be on the balcony nearly everyday! The view of the Gulf of Mexico was amazing and we were able to see a large school of dolphins swim by.

Elevator outages caused loss of beach/pool time

We were on the 8th floor. Elevator was out 1 1/2 days during the week making it difficult to do anything but take our dog for potty breaks only. It was out again the day we checked out making for a miserable experience for the numerous trips needed to check out with our belongings. It kinda overshadowed the good days we did have.

Great Time

Great location for 4 adults and one golden doodle. Went down for annual mullet toss so we were in/out a lot. Condo was clean and neat with beautiful view from top floor balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. Read some reviews about issues with elevator but they were way overstated. Elevator was plenty big with little wait time. Additional parking across the street was convenient but we never needed. Would book again if in the area.

Location and pet friendly

Great location and liked that we could bring our dog with on vacation. The furniture was ok but not real comfortable. Overall it was a great condo and enjoyed our stay! The host got back to us right away with any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone with a dog.

The views and access to the beach were great. The furniture was ok but not super comfy but not a deal breaker since very little time was spent inside. I would suggest adding beach towels for guest. We went without because we didn’t feel right about taking the white bath towels.

location and communication

This is a great location, it includes an indoor pool, easy access to the beach as well as access to the building. Communication with the property manager was quick and convenient. We had an issue with wet carpet upon arrival and they worked with us. If I have one downside, the checklist to leave is Long and I do feel for the cost, I should not have to strip the beds, clean the floors, and take out the garbage.

Elevator

The stay was great and the owners of the condo were great as always. The only issue was the elevator. I knew ahead if time it was out and i wasnon the 8th floor. However the men working on it came at 630 innthe morning. That seemed to be a little early considering they were loud and the noise traveled through the condo

shrimp festival

We stayed for a week in October. Condo was clean and had plenty of towels. Kitchen had plenty of cookware,Keurig and drip coffee makers. Never found measuring cups but that was the only thing. Plenty of dogs in the complex and several walking areas. Only thing I didn't like was carpet in the bedrooms;I just don't like carpet especially at the beach.

Hi my name is Tracey. Myself, my husband and 2 children reside in Suwanee Georgia. We are originally from Alabama and my husband grew up in Loxley. My sister and I own this condo and 5 others in and around the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. We grew up visiting the beautiful white sand beaches of the gulf coast and continue to vacation there to this day. We love the gulf coast and hope you will as well!

Why they chose this property

Love that this complex is pet friendly!!! As a veterinarian and life long pet owner having a place to vacation with your pet was important to me personally. Also this unit has such a great view and the very relaxing low density complex makes for a laid back experience.

What makes this property unique

We love getting up a bit early in the mornings at our condo. We make coffee and sit on the balcony watching the waves. If the water is still, we watch for the dauphins to swim by. I just love to watch for the dauphins. Sometimes they jump and play.

The jetted garden tub in the master bath is a great way to relax. The bay view from the master bath is beautiful.

After a nice work out in the work out facility on the 1st floor, a few minutes in the sauna or steam room are perfect.
