You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.
Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will great you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.
The master bedroom provides abundant closet/storage space and a queen size bed and television. The full bath retains its original features with expected amenities for today’s traveler. Unique primary space features include large dining room and bar area with seating for 4 at the marble topped table and fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances. The ‘treehouse’ bedroom with its single daybed, stunning tree canopy and pool views, is a charming space to nap, read or work at the built in desk. HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.
WASHER AND DRYER: is on the basement level.
ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA
PARKING: Each reservation comes with one assigned space
TRASH: Trash can be disposed in the closet to the right of the elevator.
COMMON AREA MAINTENANCE: the building is undergoing maintenance from a recent fire. You will encounter fans and repairs in the common area. The unit itself was not affected by the fire.
