What makes this property unique
So much in the house is brand new! The lower level has three bedrooms including two master suites. Clean, sanitized hospitatlity quality bed linen and towels are provided for every guest. We also have beach towels for your use at the pool. The upper level has two bedrooms. All five bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. Hair dryers and complimentary bath amenities are provided. This will make getting ready in the mornings and heading to the parks much more convenient!
The screened-in lanai features your very own private pool and spa. There's ample patio and lounging furniture around the pool with new overhead fans. For the safety of your little ones there is a child fence around the pool. Additionally. the sliding door from the living room leading on to the pool area has been equipped with child safety alarm as an added security measure.
We also have the following baby gear for your use if you are traveling with children: A stroller, Pack n Play with sheets, booster seat, and kids' plates/cups.
We have a large full sized washer and dryer in our home and an iron and ironing board, with clothes washing supplies included!
Our house is equipped with complimentary secure high speed internet with Wi-Fi. All four TVs are Smart TVs enabling you to catch your favorite shows on one of the many online streaming services. Land line phone is provided.
Our home is equipped with a high security number lock which provides keyless access to our home.
