This spacious airy home is large enough to sleep up to 16 guests at at time. The group-friendly layout has an open concept design, high ceilings, and lots of natural light. You'll love the large back patio sundeck, complete with its own private swimming pool and jacuzzi hot tub. Inside you'll find 6 expertly designed bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and lots of room to lounge. There's also a projector screen for movie nights, and a games room with table tennis, basketball and cornhole.

The Space:
This spacious 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom home is perfect for your crew to kick back and relax. Start your day lounging on the sundeck, dive into the private pool, or unwind in the hot tub. When it’s time to eat, you’ve got plenty of options—dine poolside, gather around the large capacity indoor dining table, or pop open those take out containers and enjoy a meal around the casual table in the fully equipped kitchen. This spot can also be used as a laptop friendly workstation, since the whole place is connected to high speed wifi.

The open concept living room is perfect for hanging out, with a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. There’s also a movie lounge with a projector screen, perfect for winding down after a day at the theme parks. The ground level of the home has a King bedroom suite, and sparkling ensuite bathroom. The remaining 5 other bedrooms are all located up the stairs on the second floor.

If you’re up for some fun, check out the garage-turned-games room—whether it’s basketball, table tennis, or corn hole, there’s something for everyone. Plus, you’ve got a foosball table on the second level of the home. There's still two parking spots on the driveway, which makes coming and going a breeze.

We've also packed this home full of all the essentials you'd expect, including in home laundry machines, smart TVs in every bedroom, and central air conditioning. Our guests also get free access to the Solana resort amenities. The Solana Resort features a large heated pool, and the pool area has plenty of loungers, shaded cabanas, a tiki bar, and a nearby picnic area with BBQs. There’s various sports courts and a recreations field, as well as mini-golf, and children's playgrounds. Inside, you'll find a fitness room, a games room arcade, and lounge area. Activities are run by resort staff daily.

The Neighborhood:
Solana Resort's Clubhouse is a great spot to relax and have fun, featuring a large heated pool and spa surrounded by palm trees. The pool area has plenty of loungers, shaded cabanas, and a nearby picnic area with BBQs. If you’re feeling active, there’s a beach volleyball court, a recreation field, mini-golf, and a climbing area for older kids, plus a play area for younger ones. Inside, you'll find a comfortable lounge with a widescreen TV, a fitness room, free WiFi, and a games room with arcade games. The clubhouse also offers a helpful concierge service for advice on local attractions and Disney ticket sales. Outside by the pool, there's a tiki bar with snacks and drinks, and the clubhouse hosts regular events, including summer pool parties and holiday activities.

Getting Around:
Solana Resort is located just to the southwest of Walt Disney World, just off Highway 27 between I-4 and US Highway 192 and has a gated entrance.

Additional Services:
• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• We're happy to deliver:
- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).
- a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).
- Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
