Whether it’s an evening of dancing or fine dining, King Street West is the place to set your sights. This formerly industrial part of Toronto is now one of the buzziest nighttime haunts that the city has to offer. You’ll find high-end stores sandwiched between ritzy restaurants and rooftop patios. Portland Street for its must-try restaurants like Chubby’s Jamaican Kitchen, Bar Buca and Gusto 101.
Walk to many places in the city from this amazing location. Public transit is right outside your door! Jump on the King streetcar (with limited vehicle traffic on the street) and within minutes be at St. Patrick subway station - be in other vibrant areas of the city within minutes. Uber and Lyft are popular modes of transportation in the city as well. Feeling energetic? Toronto Bike Share bikes are just down the street - see Toronto by bicycle!
Hosting gatherings or events is not permitted. I kindly request that you treat my home with the same consideration and care as you would your own, ensuring the unit is returned in its original condition, excluding laundry and general housekeeping.
Please be mindful of my neighbours by refraining from excessive noise after hours. Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, or vaping) is strictly prohibited within the suite.
For travellers arriving at Toronto Pearson International Airport, I highly recommend utilizing the UP Express train for your journey into the city. It is a 25 min ride to Union Station and there is free wifi on board. From Union Station, my building is just a short cab or Uber ride away. It’s super convenient and you’ll avoid highway traffic!
There is a Goodlife gym a few blocks away. You can go online to their website and get a few free workout passes.
Should you require parking, several public parking lots are conveniently located nearby. Given the area's pedestrian-friendly environment and the availability of public transit right outside the door, a car is not essential. This neighbourhood is ideal for walking and exploring on foot.
My property does not accommodate packages, mail, or deliveries for short-term rental guests. For mail or packages, kindly utilize the nearest Canada Post office or Penguin Pickup location (there is one just down the street).
Regarding food delivery, please arrange to meet the person outside the front entrance, as they cannot be buzzed into the building or up to the unit. If your stay exceeds 4 months, please inquire before booking as I may be able to register you with the building.
- Please keep noise to a minimum especially after hours
- Please contact me for any correspondence
- Only registered guests allowed in the suite
- Smoking of any kind is not allowed (tobacco, cannabis, or vaping)
- All guests must strictly adhere to check in and check out times
