The smaller bedroom has a closet, a dressing table, and a mezzanine with a single bed. The larger bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a mezzanine with a single bed. The living room has a small kitchen with a stove with cooktop induction, a refrigerator and a microwave, plus the necessary utensils for the everyday cooking. The living room has a TV, two tables with chairs, and also a mezzanine, where there is another single bed and a dresser.

Why they chose this property
Santa Teresa is a historic district, the only one where there are trams still running in Brazil. It is famous for its winding streets with old houses, museums, wonderful views of the city, and many interesting restaurants and bars.
Great places to visit are: the Parque das Ruínas, the Museu da Chácara do Céu and the Selaron stairs. They are all in the same direction and close to each other. They are located about 15 minutes from the house by walking.
In the other direction you will find the House-Museum of Benjamin Constant and the Centro Cultural Laurinda Santos Lobo. They are not as amazing as the other places just mentioned, but they are a nice destination for a small trip after or before lunch, for example. From the house, it takes a 7 minute walk to get there.
And don't forget to ride the tram through the arches of Lapa, it is an awesome trip!
There is a map in the refrigerator's door, and you can use it to locate yourself.
For breakfast or a snac, there is a little shop close to the house, which has an organic cheese bread and a very good açai, among other things. It is named Cultivar. The Bar do Mineiro, at Paschoal Carlos Magno street, next to the Church, has a famous feijoada.
I love the kassler from Adega do Pimenta, but it's a small restaurant so it is better go early, especially on weekends, for you don't to have to wait to be.
When it comes to pizza, there is pizzeria Tribas, which also delivers.
For cigarettes, you can buy it at the newsstand in Largo dos Guimarães or in the small market indicated on the map.
For a beer at the end of the day, Bar do Gomes is a good place. You'll be able to find it with the map, too.
Santa Teresa has many restaurants, I am giving you only some suggestions.
There are no banks nor ATM in Santa Teresa, but restaurants, bars and grocery stores usually accept credit cards.
