Simple 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with a full kitchen and large family room but so much more! This home has immediate dune access across the street and 100 ft of prime fishing lake frontage on Saunders Lake. The house has a huge gated and locked parking area for all your sand and lake toys. Huge outdoor deck sheltered from the Pacific Ocean winds with propane grill, fire pit, boat dock and indoor/outdoor eating areas. Ride the dunes all day and fish for trophy Rainbow Trout in the morning and evening!
