Good skiing
Great location. Very dated condo in need of a refresh. Beds adequate. Newer washer dryer which had a very dirt filter. Could use ceiling fans upstairs. Very well equipped kitchen. Would return as price was less than other comparable units.

Good Location, Satisfactory Amenities
The stay was great. Having Canyons connect to get us to mountain village was very convenient. The condo was quiet and clean. There are some items that can be nitpicked, but overall we were happy and enjoyed the place. I’d recommend it to a friend.

Perfect Ski Condo
Great location, condo had everything we needed, and it was an awesome experience. Checkin/out was flawless. Cozy place to stay. “Connect” can service can take you anywhere in Canyons in minutes. Short walk to the Cabriolet “Bucket” to get to the lifts easily. Couldn’t have been better.

Great location
Nice clean condo. Great location near The Canyons parking lot and lift. The condo was clean and comfortable but could use some updating (stained carpet, heat difficult to control-otherwise would give it 5 stars). Worked great as a base to ski from.

Great time skiing Canyons and PC
My family and extended family- (3) kids- 9,10, and 14 and (4) adults fit in the place perfect with the loft area. We had a great time skiiing both Canyons and PC. Once we figured out the shuttles and busses we didn't really use our rental truck except for trips to the store. Everything was as listed, and the host was very accommodating when we asked for a few more towels, they brought them the next morning. Great location, and decent price for Park City. I would definitely stay here again.

Dusty, Dirty, Disappointing
I staying in Red Pine T8 with my family in January 2025. We have stayed in Red Pine Condos before and we love the location. This was our first time staying at T8 and were disgusted with the accommodations. Everything at the unit looks to be original. The living room furniture had upholstered cushions that were filthy and the furniture had bonded leather arms that were peeling and flaking off leaving little pieces of leather all over the carpet. Both bathroom showers ran rust when we first turned them on. The tub and shower curtains were dirty as if they hadn’t ever been cleaned. The bathroom fan vents were coated in dust and smelled when turned on. The bathroom ceiling looks to have mold on it. There are mystery stains on the walls. Everyone in my family were sneezing when we entered the unit and my son even broke out in a rash from the excessive amount of dust in the unit. Disappointed we wasted our money renting this unit. It was dusty and dirty as if it had been empty for years and never cleaned.

Convenient and Accommodating
The condo has everything needed to be like home. Very organized and having a personal washer/dryer was nice so you did not have to go to the clubhouse. Having the CV Connect service was awesome. Pick up at your front door and taking you to the lifts/shops within the village was amazing!

Great location, needs updating
The condo was in a great location in the Canyons area. Privacy was good and there are plenty of kitchen appliances, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. On the other hand, the unit could use updating, the patio screen door needs to be fixed and it would be really helpful to have a chest of drawers in the master bedroom.

Spacious, well stocked condo in Canyons
Unit in the center of the Red Pines complex was everything described. Plenty of comfortable space for a large family (or multiple, although the loft and upstairs BR are all open). Very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and basic spices. Located right across the street from the Clubhouse / Pool. Easily walkable to the village center (and to the free buses to Park City, etc.) in the summer, and the free CV Connect shuttles were great for avoiding the hike to the gondola in ski boots.

Great location
We chose this property as a “pit stop” on our way to the Grand Canyon. The location, very near the tram going up to the top of the mountain and the proximity to the Olympic Park were perfect for us. Our only issue was that when we booked; we believed the whole unit to be air conditioned, but it was just a portable unit upstairs. The lower area does not have a/c and gets warm. The layout is a little wonky and the unit could use a cosmetic refresh but otherwise totally suited our needs.

As Expected
Condo was well furnished and comfortable. Pros/Cons: + Within walking distance to people mover for Canyon Resort area and free bus services. ++ Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils + Beds were comfortable - Difficult to initially locate (for Uber drivers as well). - Some pots/pans needed washing/cleaning b4 use. - Heavy dust in areas raise doubts as to COVID-cleansiness. - Needed additional stock of toilet paper.

Reasonable accommodations for family of 5-6
It is as advertised. Nothing extravagant, totally reasonable, and all you really need for a family that goes out and skis. The shuttle does pick you up at the place but just takes you within the Canyons, not out to Park City. There's other transportation for that. The walk to the Cabriolet lift is easy, less than 10minutes. The hot tub, pool, and sauna were welcomed after the day and just a short walk across the parking lot. The washer and dryer were key. The only drawback is that it's a little dated and the thermostat should be updated to make it a bit easier to use, but those are minor criticisms. All in all, I think it's a fair value and I'd stay there again.

Loved it!
Stayed at the condo with my dad and brother for a weekend of skiing, and it was perfect! We loved the short downhill walk to the Cabriolet lift in the morning. (We rented our skis from the resort's rental shop, and we were able to leave them with their ski valet overnight - so convenient.) The condo felt large for 3 people, which was great. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans, etc. The kitchen is a little dated, but we didn't mind - it made us less afraid to actually use it. The neighborhood heated pool and hot tub were not far away, and the staff there was welcoming. The closest restaurants are at the base at Canyons Village, and many of them are quite pricey. If you prefer to go out, I would suggest making reservations a week or more ahead of time - many of the restaurants both at Canyons Village and in Park City were booked solid when I tried to make a reservation the day-of! Overall, we were very pleased and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Red Pine 2 bedroom Treasure Hollow
Overall the condo was OK. The service through iTrip was GREAT! Very responsive to all of our inquiries. Easy check in and check out. The garbage disposal was broken and they fixed it same day. The coffee pot did not work and they called me back and replaced same day too. Other kitchen supplies (pots, pans, bowls, etc) were good. We had six people staying in condo so we had to bring wooden chairs from outside in to seat everyone at table. The chairs at table are badly stained on the cushions and the beds are not very comfortable, especially the bunk beds upstairs. One of my sons had to sleep on the sofa because the beds were so hard. Bathrooms could use updating too. TV was good, den furniture good and a nice assortment of games to play. Having a washer and dryer in unit was great!

Conveniently Located
Even though it was an old unit, with just a few minor issues to improve, like it needs better lighting in the closets and pantry, and the front door needed an extra push to be open, I have to say that the comfort and coziness of the apartment were great. It had everything we needed. Very clean, comfortable beds and linen, all drawers and switches labeled so you find things easier and faster and must important, in working conditions. The Microwave is on top of the refrigerator so if the guests are short they are going to need some assistance. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. Toilets flush like they should. WiFi connection, no problem, TV only in the family room with good quality picture and size. (Extra HDMI cable hanging in the back for the gamer’s convenience). No propane gas available but there was a BBQ in the balcony (a little disappointing). Very close to the club house and like I said before, conveniently located at just minutes to everything. I would stay here again if the opportunity approaches.

Moderate Condo
This property was just ok - with the proximity to the gondola being its greatest asset. Understandably, mountain homes do not hold up well to the wear and tear of renters. However, I was disappointed by the condition of the property. Here are some of the issues: The upstairs light flickers. The front burner of the oven was broken. There was no butane in the outside grill. The blankets were smelly and dirty. There's only one dresser in the whole property (located in the loft), so we had to hang all our clothe and leave our innerwear in the suitcase. The doors and windows close and open with difficulty. Even the sliding closet door kept jamming. The baseboards and doors are cracking. Every appliance seem decades old and the unit just smelled. Aesthetically, the place is just old but with new carpet and a paint job. But on the positive side, the kitchen is well stocked and you can walk to the gondola in just minutes.

NOT Ski-in/out
This property is NOT ski-in/ski-out. Property is in disrepair. Layout is entirely open (the upstairs bedrooms do not have any walls at all). Thin walls between apartments so you can hear your neighbors. The sliding door to the patio doesn't latch or lock. The house was hot and beds uncomfortable (the wood frame gives you splinters). Transportation is not accessible, travel to Park City takes over an hour (0.5 mi walk to bust stop, 1+ hr wait for the bus). Park City/Canyons has a lot of drunk jerks who like to run people over on the slopes.

Ski trip
The condo is overall ok. Needs some updating, cold air coming thru door and windows and heat is hard to figure out at first. Tried to use grill but it would not get hot enough to cook anything. For $4000 dollars a week I expected more. Will book again thru VRBO/Itrip because it was so easy. We did enjoy our stay, the beds were comfortable, and the showers water pressure was great after a long day of skiing. The unit was equipped with everything we needed to cook and allow us to stay in if we wanted to. One suggestion is that if you would print a sheet and leave in the unit on how to operate all the heat buttons. The only other thing I would like to mention is that due to melting snow from roof during the day the water collected on the sidewalk in front of unit and refroze at night. The last we were there I slipped and fell and bruised and cut my knee open on the jagged sidewalk under the ice. Please have your maintenance people take better care in the future.
