Beautiful 2bedroom/1 bath Pacific beach oasis! PERFECT location!
Ditch the car and WALK to all the best places in pacific beach. Literally 3 blocks (5 min walk) to the beach, the boardwalk, AND Crystal Pier!
LIVE LIKE A LOCAL! By FAR the best location in PB. Close to the most popular restaurants and bars!
Sleeps up to 4 guests on 2 queens!! All new appliances and remodeled kitchen!! Please note that this is an upstairs unit.
No kids please (besides infants) due to the floors being rather thin. It can get really loud for guests downstairs. Please be respectful and keep noise to a very very minimum. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED!! We live in the same building and will know immediately, so don't even try it!!
Any parties or repeated excessive noise complaints by downstairs guests will result in eviction with no refunds.
