Caution: Don’t Stay Here

I booked our family stay at this property because we love Solara Resort. It’s our favorite place to stay, but this time was a disaster! The host of this home, Jorge, completely ghosted us! We never even got to set foot on this property because he never gave us a follow-up email or the code to get into the home! This has never happened to us before, & we use VRBO almost every time we travel. VRBO has been great, & they are making things right, but we lost a lot of sleep & a whole day of our vacation because of Jorge.

BEWARE THIS HOST!

This Host will except your payment and then never communicate with you. He totally ghosted my family and I that was supposed to stay here over Christmas, VRBO was unable to reach him, he hung up on them, then turned his phone off. I was shocked and sad to see the next day that Vrbo still has this property listed. BEWARE!!!
