Stay in Granby

Great house and location. Very nice and new neighborhood. Pictures on listing are exactly what you get, plus the garage had bikes, golf clubs, and other sports items you could use. House was very clean and hot tub was great. Would absolutely stay again.

Last minute girls trip! Perfect spot!

6 of us had planned a moms/girls trip away to Florida, but hurricane Milton tried to ruin it last minute! We decided to try a completely different area, which was Colorado! When I saw this townhouse it looked perfect for us and it was!! Cozy, clean, and new!! The hosts were great at responding quickly when the hot tub wasn’t getting warm enough and had someone out to fix it right away! This is a safe area, we walked, biked, hiked! We would absolutely stay here again!!!

Great place for family get away

If you are looking for a great vacation rental for you and your family to explore all that Grand County has to offer, then you’ve found the right place. This lovely townhome easily fit our large group (5 adults and 5 children) with enough room for everyone to spread out and never feel like it was crowded. The location was very convenient within easy driving distance to Grand Lake, RMNP and Winter Park. Located right next to the golf course, with amazing views of the mountains, you won’t find a better place to relax with family and friends than here. When booking a vacation rental it can be a gamble on how good the host will be. But with this place, there’s no need to worry as Brett and Laurie were incredible people to rent from. They responded quickly to our questions and even went out of their way to allow us access to the house to retrieve a couple of items we forgot on check out. I’d have no problem renting from them again. So whether you are looking to ski, hike, ride, golf, or just looking to admire the view while relaxing in the hot tub, the Rocky Ridge Retreat is an ideal place for you.
