This condo, which is on the 14th floor of Sand Dunes Resort, offers fantastic views from the balcony of the pool and ocean. This condo sleeps four people with its two beds. This resort, Sand Dunes Resort, Myrtle Beach, SC, offers it all! The condo with an ocean view comes equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, LCD TV, and private bathroom. There are heated and indoor pools, a restaurant and bar on the beach, a private balcony overlooking the ocean, a lazy river, and hot tubs! WIFI FOR FREE! As much as we love our apartment, we hope you do too!

Ideally situated in the exclusive Dunes neighborhood, take in the ocean view from your own balcony or unwind in the beachside pool! Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and Broadway at the Beach are all within a short drive away. A short drive gets you to many of the well-known local restaurants, retail stores, golf courses, and attractions.

This beachside resort has a ton of amenities. There are social rooms, a large pool deck, a lazy river, and both indoor and outdoor whirlpools. An indoor pool with hot tubs and a fantastic seaside view. There is an on-site restaurant, lounge, and fitness center. AND FREE WIFI, THE BEST OF ALL!

1. Please be advised that the waterpark and lazy river that are located behind the parking deck are not accessible from this property. Furthermore, it is not possible to use the Family Funzone / Game Room. The resort's other aquatic amenities will remain available to you.

NOTE: Sand Dunes North Tower Roof Replacement Project will be from February 6 - March 1, 2025. Resort will have some road or walkways closures around the property. They will be onsite Monday-Friday anywhere from 7:30am-6:00pm and potentially on some weekends. Please be aware that there will be noise during the day while resort is working on this project.

Note: Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort's parking.

NOTE: Outdoor Pool Water Feature Fixture Painting - Temporary Pool Closure

-the outdoor pool along with the small kiddie pool will be closed beginning on Monday, April 28th and the large pool will open back up again on Thursday, May 1st, once the pool is open the water features as well as the kiddie pool will remain off until Monday, May 5th to allow for the full 7 day cure time.
