Family vacay

Our family vacation at this home was perfect. The home is immaculate, a wonderful location, convenient to beach and restaurants. Renee went above and beyond to accompany us. We had only one issue of a public security light shining in a bedroom. She had eye masks sent to the house for this issue. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone. We had eight adults and were never crowded. Plenty of space for us all. We had an amazing week!

Return trip - We loved it so much the first time!!

This is truly the best place for a family vacation!! Big family room and kitchen table for 10. But also plenty of bedrooms and balconies and nooks to spread out too!! Close to restaurants and right between the beach and the pool. Thanks to Renee for her hospitality!!!

Do not hesitate!

I have nothing negative to say. This property is immaculate, close to the beach, great distance from fun neighboring beach towns (Rosemary&Seaside we’re our faves) Fully stocked beach items including 2 high quality umbrellas and 6 perfect beach chairs. Plenty of room for our family, comfortable beds, plenty of bath towels, newer washer/dryer, cold A/C, comfy patio furniture on each level. Renee was amazing and responsive with emails. Truly, do not hesitate. You won’t regret it! ☀️

This property meet all of our needs, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals, house was very clean, great distance to the beach, loved that there was plenty of chairs & toys for the kids, would definitely recommend staying here

We had a great time here at Seajoy! The location was great and the size of the house fit our family (11 people - 3 families) perfectly. We enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend this house to anyone.

GREAT PLACE

Great place to stay for the entire family! The house is AMAZING and the toys and chairs and umbrellas that come with the house make going to the beach a breeze. Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Family Spot Close to the Beach

Renee was wonderful to work with .. great communication! House was so spacious. Even though there were 7 of us, there was plenty of room to all eat meals together but also stretch out for a little space. Bedrooms were a wonderful size. Kitchen was complete with everything needed to cook a meal, and the house is close to so many great restaurants as well. Loved walking just across the street to the beach (White Powder, and super clear waves!) and the pool is so close as well. Toys and Chairs for the Beach were included too! Just add family and *Poof* instant vacation!

Sr Spring Break with daughter and friends

I cannot say enough about how amazing Renee was to work with us and let us stay an additional night and have an early check-in. They have a TON of great beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys! The kitchen is WELL stocked with great serving dishes and tools to use for cooking. Great location, a super quick walk to the beach. Our only complaint would be that 30-A has grown and is not the same quaint place we have enjoyed the past 35 years. If we do come back to this area, we will definitely reach out to Renee!!

PERFECT location, GREAT house

The location is PERFECT, just across the street from beach access, and a short bike ride to Big Chill and Alys/Rosemary. The house has a GREAT layout! Loved the bedrooms on the ground floor and the top floor space.

SeaJoy is Splendid

Excellent condo with all necessary amenities! In fact, more amenities than any other condo we’ve stayed in over the past 10+ years. Very roomy. Beds are very comfortable. All around great choice for a condo for beach vacation. Owner and property management very responsive to calls and text messages.

This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Great location to the beach but still in a quiet area. House has everything you need. Lots of toys for the kids.

Wonderful Stay!!

We had a wonderful time. This was our first time visiting the area. It was so nice to have a getaway and not worry about being on a crowded beach with several high rise condo buildings! Having beach toys waiting at the house was nice as we did not have to travel with many things to be ready for a fun day! The only bad thing about this location was the steps down to the beach (I should have done more research on the area). It was a struggle for my parents and the rest of us carrying everything back up after a day at the beach lol.
