Our fully screened front porch is where guest like to enjoy an outdoor dinner, play games, or just relax. The fully fenced backyard offers a fire pit, while being able to barbecue. The neighborhood itself is know for its walkability to various locations.

Guest have access to the entire unit. Everything is private. You'll have a private, fully screened front porch for your enjoyment. You'll have a private fully fenced backyard, with an outdoor grill, fire pit, and turf.
Guest can contact us via phone call, text, email, or through the airbnb app. We are available to answer any questions, respond to any issues, or to simply provide recommendations.

Located within 1 mile are public pickleball courts (pickleball racquets & balls provided at The Retreat), tennis courts, and city park with a playground. The beautiful Emerson Point Preserve with kayak launches, walking/biking paths, fishing, and a few small beaches only the locals know about is just a 10 minute drive. Downtown St Pete, downtown Sarasota, and the beautiful beaches and beach towns of Anna Maria Island are all within a 30 minute drive. You can even catch the convenient Gulf Islands Ferry from just across the bridge in downtown Bradenton to a couple different spots on Anna Maria Island most days of the week.

Welcome to our home! We are thrilled to host you and hope you have a fantastic stay. To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules:
General Guidelines
Respect the Property: Treat the house as if it were your own. Please avoid any actions that could cause damage to furniture, appliances, or decorations.
Maximum Occupancy: The property accommodates a maximum of 5 guests. Exceeding this limit is not allowed without prior approval.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors and avoid excessive noise during this time.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. Any violation may result in immediate termination of your stay.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In Time: 4 PM.
Check-Out Time: 10AM. Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it.
Late Check-Out: Late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.
Cleanliness and Maintenance
Keep It Tidy: Please keep the property clean during your stay. Wash dishes after use and take out the trash regularly.
Trash Disposal: Use the provided trash bins. Recycling guidelines (if applicable) can be found at the property.
Report Issues: Notify us immediately of any damages or maintenance issues. Prompt reporting helps us address concerns quickly.
Amenities and Usage
Appliance Use: Use appliances (e.g., stove, washer, dryer) as instructed in the provided manual or guidelines.
Wi-Fi Access: Will be provided to you at the time of check-in.
Pool/Hot Tub Rules: Follow all community pool rules in the pool area.
Parking: Guests are allowed to park in the designated areas only. Do not block neighbors’ driveways or spaces.
