We bought this property in 1998 because it is in a very beautiful and calm place, as it is in front of a very picturesque beach.
What makes this property unique
The villa has many outdoor sitting areas each one with different open view to the sea. It is very near to the main beach of Koundouros where one can find restaurants and beach bars, as well as sea sports activities.
