Nice home but disappointed in cleanliness

Only one wash cloth per person and one towel. So had to wash them twice. Bears ordinary h got in trash nightly. So big mess to clean each day not secure. Also if issue with carpenter bees on deck. Who ever is cleaning property not doing a good job. Perfect size for our family of 8.

Great cabin

We loved the cabin, it had easy access on the driveway even had room for a trailer we bring with us with whitewater boats. Loved the firepit on the side of the house and the deck on the back. Everyone was very please with how clean it was and all the amenities. Our only and kind of a major complaint is lack of Wi Fi. It was advertied on the listing and come to find out we had to get a "hotspot" from the rental agency. We physically had to go by the office so if we had to come in after hours then we could not have gotten one. But even having one did not help. The first one we got did not work at all. We took it back to Bryson City and got another one and it worked sporadically. The reason we wanted it is to check weather radar for rain to plan our trips on the Nanny. We do not go with an outfitter so we can go anytime but want to avoid rain. We done this several times and watched the radar and picked a time of day to go. So overall loved the cabin but please don't advertise wi fi if you cannot be sure of providing it.

Polar Express getaway

Our family was in search for a cabin that we could share with our friends and their kids to ride the Polar Express. This cabin was perfect! It had two master bedrooms on the main floor and two additional rooms on the bottom floor. This made the kids feel like they had their own space to themselves. The kitchen had everything that we needed in order to make breakfast in the morning and the cabin was not too far from the Polar Express! I will defiantly stay at this cabin again!

First Rate

Stayed at many mountain cabins. This one is by far the best. Every aspect of the cabin was considered down to the kindling and wood for the outdoor fire pit. Excellent grill, plenty of kitchen utensils and cooking supplies. Very clean. Loved that we just had to leave on check out. No chores. Highly recommend.
