The place was beautiful and the views were amazing! The host was beyond helpful and very nice. Couldnāt have asked for a better place for our little family!
You can tell that the hosts really cared about making this a great experience. Our familyās favorites were; the VIEWS, the way all of the little details were already there (e.g. coffee filters and spices,) location to everything we wanted to do ( national park, Dollywood, etc,) that it was so great for multiple generations, a bathroom on every floor, and the game options. We would definitely book this again!
Nice spot with a great view. Super clean and organized. Mgmt was extremely quick with responses to the few inconsequential questions we had. Not a bad word to be said!
We loved this cabin. Great location with easy access to town. The property is in great condition and has a great layout. Not to mention, the views are fantastic. I highly recommend it!
We had an amazing stay in the mountains! This property stands out as one of the cleanest and most comfortable we have ever stayed at! Every little detail was carefully considered- from the hot cocoa and candy canes left for us, not to mention the snacks upon check in, to the extra comfy blankets carefully placed throughout the cabinā¦it was a dream come true for our sister gathering and it really put us into the holiday spirit! Thank you to our wonderful hosts!
Where do I even begin? To say this was the PERFECT cabin for our family Thanksgiving is an understatement. Everything was a 10 out of 10. I'm always hesitant to give such an excellent rating and review, but this one earns it. The host was incredible, nothing was needed, it was very clean and well stocked. The view is worth the price of admission alone! We had 3 kids, me and my wife, my parents and my mother in-law and everyone fit easily. We even had daily visits from some of the local black bear community. My only regret is we didn't book more days! I hesitate to tell my friends about this place because it's such a gem, I don't want it to become too popular. The hosts even had it decorated beautifully for Christmas, which made it such a special week. Also, LOCATION. You don't have to fight all the Pigeon Forge traffic to get into Gatlinburg "proper". If you are on the fence about booking this property, don't be - I really don't think it gets better than this in this size category. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Terry and Sandra for allowing us to use your beautiful property.
We love staying in this area and the cabin has everything we needed. The kids loved the bunk beds and canāt wait to come back next year! We had lots of š» visitors too!
Fantastic! Beautiful view and plenty of room, yet cozy. Gift basket was a very nice touch. Best compliment I can give is we felt like we were home! Definitely would book again!
The cabin was everything that we were looking for. Great view of the mountains, clean, quiet and cozy. Just minutes away from all of the action. Canāt wait to book & go back again!!
We all loved our stay. Three kids 15, 19, 21 - plenty of space for everyone. Beds, couches etc were comfortable. Loved the views from the back decks and the hot tub was a hit.
Nice to be close to everything- but feel far away at the same time.
Our family had a wonderful stay at this cabin. We have been to Gatlinburg before, and we all agreed this is the best cabin we have stayed at. The view were awesome! Cabin was clean and well maintained. The decor was beautiful with nice touches throughout. The kids loved the downstairs game room. We plan to book again next year. Thank you!
Melissa was a great host. Her welcome basket was much appreciated as were the little things like spices to cook with, detailed BBQ instructions for the grill, etc. She also handled an issue which was beyond her contol but would have ruined our vacation (loss of water pressure. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.
The property was amazing, views great and so clean. Teenagers had a blast with the pool table, games and arcade game. The short drive to Gatlinburg was perfect.
We traveled for some family time (group of 9) to Gatlinburg for the Memorial Day weekend and stayed at the log cabin. I wish I could give it more stars than the website allows. The cabin is spotless and well-kept. It was stocked with all the necessary items that one may need in a home away from home. As you enter the front door, you can't help but smile as you see the view from the glass doors leading to the back porch. There are two balconies (porches) to relax and unwind, each offering seating to accommodate large groups.
Melissa and Robert are excellent hosts. We had a seamless experience communicating with them throughout the booking process. They graciously adjusted our booking dates to accommodate an unexpected time conflict. The welcome basket on the kitchen counter was a wonderful surprise and a first in our long vacationing experience at different mountain properties. We have already booked the property for the fall and are very much looking forward to enjoying it again.
This property met all of our expectations. It was perfect for my parents on the main floor (no steps) with my adult kids downstairs and my husband and I upstairs. It was furnished beautifully and fully equipped. The snack basket was a lovely touch. Air freshener in every bathroom with toiletries provided. It was close to downtown Gatlinburg but far enough away to capture a beautiful view of the mountains. We loved it and would stay there again. Thank you.

About the host

We are from Maryland and enjoy traveling. We fell in love with Gatlinburg when we ran off and got married here at a local Wedding Chapel almost 20 years ago.
Why they chose this property
THE VIEW here is 2nd to none! We have 2-36' wide decks facing Mt. LeConte & The Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Situated at the top of a ridge off Rt. 321, our cabin is near the Arts & Craft Community with hiking, golf, zip lines, ATV trails, snow skiing, Roaring Fork Motor Trail & one of The National Park entrances. We are just 5 miles into downtown Gatlinburg and minutes to Pigeon Forge & Sevierville taking beautiful back country roads there instead of the busy heavily traveled route most have to take.
What makes this property unique
Our cabin has one of the best locations in the Smokys with easy access to all the attractions, yet far enough outside of town to enjoy the tranquility of the forest. The cabin boasts 3 large bedrooms with 3 full baths on 3 different levels giving our guests the space to have privacy and enjoy a dining room table that will bring everyone together to seat 10. The game room and family room on the lower level offers a deck and a new 5 person hot tub facing Mt.LeConte.
