GUEST ACCESS:
The 6th bedroom upstairs with the 2 twin beds does not have a door for privacy when entering from the stairs in the game room. The bathroom has a privacy door.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
Prime location near the Aventura mall. Super tranquil location but convenience at your fingertips. Super close to I95 and Florida Turnpike.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
No events or parties permitted. No pets allowed.
We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
