Hot tub not working

The house was fantastic but the hot tub was not working. The control panel was locked and the water temp was 72*. Front desk sent two men out to fix it the next day but they were not able too figure out why it was locked. After googling it we were able to unlock it but the water temp never got above 72. Told the guy at front desk on check out but he didn't do anything to resolve it

Great for reconnecting with college age kids over break

We stayed with our three college age kids for some quality time before everyone went back to school. The home was immaculate and warm on arrival, unlike other rentals we have booked. It was the first time we stayed in a property managed by Wintergreen resorts and it was a nice mix of hotel like services but in a home. Toiletries, coffee starter packs for the drip, hot chocolate, check in at Mountain Inn, with a detailed map to the property as cell services can be spotty on the mountain. Hint: ask for as many keys as there are people staying at the house, as the door automatically locks every time you leave. Plenty of firewood for the living room wood burning fire place. Wifi was strong, allowing use of our cell phones. Beds were comfortable and having 3 1/2 baths was nice for the adults kids. Kitchen was spacious and had a spice sampler which was nice. This location is close to the Schamokin Springs hiking trail going to the waterfall. After our hike the hot tub felt amazing despite the 19 degree outdoor temps. Overall the spaces were even more beautiful than the photos and I watched the sun rise from the master bed. Check out was easy, no instruction for dishes or trash removal. They said all we needed to do was close the door behind us ( locks automatically ). We had a terrific time and would love to stay under again.
