The house is A duplex 6 miles from downtown Vero Beach and is a 15-minute drive from the beach. There is a gas station a block away and the supermarkets are less than 5 minutes away and there is also a big enclosed backyard with a table and barbecue for guests to use at their own discretion. Oslo Road has all supermarkets. There is a Dunkin Donuts about 5 min away and a gym as well. In Vero Beach, the best option is to have your own car however there is a public bus called GoLine.

Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am P.S.for For whoever smokes inside of the apartment there will be a claim filed on airbnb and you will be charged a fine so please don't smoke inside.
Please leave the apartment clean of any garbage and refrigerator of any food or drinks when you check out or you will be charged a $100.00 fee, if you have pets please clean after your pets the backyard is not a bathroom for pets if any organic waste is found on the lawn you will be charged a $100.00 fee. Pet limitation only small dogs and cats allowed on the property and only 1 parking spot on-premises.
