Primary Suite: Stretch out in a King bed and unwind in your spa-like en-suite, featuring a large walk-in shower, soaking tub, and walk-in closet.
Queen Guest Rooms: Two serene rooms each offer a Queen bed; one includes a private en-suite bathroom and direct access to the back porch and pool—perfect for a quiet morning coffee.
Kids’ Retreat: A playful bunk room with one bunk bed and a triple bunk—a dream space for kids (or fun-loving adults!) and sleeps five comfortably.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect mix of peaceful country living and convenient access to town. The spacious land, quiet evenings, and star-filled skies make it feel like a true retreat. We love that we’re just 20 minutes from Baylor University and everything Waco has to offer, yet far enough to enjoy nature, privacy, and the slower pace of life. The sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking—every evening feels like a unique painting in the sky. It’s a place where families can unwind, kids can explore, and guests can truly relax.

What makes our property truly unique is the combination of space, comfort, and intention. Set on 5 peaceful acres, it’s more than just a place to sleep—it’s a place to gather, celebrate, and unwind. With room for up to 13 guests and the ability to host events, it’s perfect for family reunions, retreats, or special occasions.
We come from a big family ourselves, and one of the things closest to our hearts is cooking and spending time together in the kitchen. That’s why we designed a kitchen that can truly handle it—with large pots and pans, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals as a group.
You’ll also find thoughtful touches throughout—from sound machines and extended charging stations in every room to a private spa, game area, and peaceful outdoor spaces. And every evening, you’ll get to experience a breathtaking sunset—each one a unique painting in the sky.
