Enjoy a stylish experience at this light & airy beauty! UNBELIEVABLE LOCATION! Walkable to all that Balboa Park has to offer and a 3 minute drive to the world famous San Diego Zoo! This Spanish-style home comes fully equipped with everything you'd need for your stay & with tons of charm!
The Space:
One bedroom (queen bed) and one full bathroom with shower + tub combo. The detached garage and long driveway provide plenty of parking. There is a BBQ grill and a wonderful outdoor dining and lounge set on astroturf for some fun in the sun! This unit is part of a duplex; you may encounter the guest in the neighboring unit, but there are no shared spaces other than the backyard.
Guest Access:
Guest access is completely contactless. You will be given a door code 3 days prior to check-in.

Hillcrest is one of the hippest & most fabulous neighborhoods in San Diego. Rated as the most walkable neighborhoods in town with scores of bars, restaurants and cafes in close proximity. Plus you are mere minutes from the beach, airport, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, the Gaslamp, Little Italy and Petco Park.
Other Things to Note:
There is an air mattress in the unit for extra sleeping space.
