Lake Arrowhead Mountain Pines Lodge
Lake Arrowhead large lodge, 4 bedrms + games room, card room "Whisky den" and a den. This lodge sleeps 10 comfortably. It was recently remodeled with lovely upgrades, but the owners have kept the lodge feel. Decks to enjoy the outdoors and BBQ, fully stocked kitchen and open plan dining, living so everyone can gather together. Fun toddler hiding place 2nd level. Office space on the second floor. Primary suite with a soaker tub. This is the perfect family getaway or group. You'll have Google Nest Wifi for your work needs. NON pet friendly - parking 4
There is a guest "Welcome folder" located in the house with all relevant informationThere is a House Manual in the home.

-Quiet Hours Sunday – Thursday 8 am to 9 pm
-Quiet Hours Friday – Saturday 8 am to 10 pm
-This is a full-time neighborhood please be mindful of loud music and outside noise during quiet hours.
-This is not a “Party House” please treat the home with the love and care the owners do.
-No underage drinking
-No drug use of any kind, this includes marijuana.
-No smoking inside or outside the property. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, pipe, cigars, or vape pens. If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee.
-No outdoor fires of any kind
This is NOT a pet-friendly home - pets will be asked to be removed
