Massive Multi Family Home with Pool - Walk to Casino & Near the Beach!
WE MANAGE THE BEACH ™ - Massive layout and setup for a large family or even multiple families to share for a great vacation! Amazing location, spacious floor plans, and a pool. Very open living room on each side with a total of 2948 interior sq/ft with both sides combined. The kitchens are fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Porcelain tile flooring throughout and blackout blinds in all bedrooms. Sleeps a total of 12 comfortably and tons of room to entertain and enjoy the Florida sun.
THE SPACE:
Cable TV in all bedrooms and WiFi is included too. Secluded patio with an outdoor gas grill. Washer dryer in the unit. Both sides are identical layouts with slightly different finishes.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
Walking distance to Dania Beach Casino. Closest grocery store nearby is Publix or Walmart.
GETTING AROUND:
Very close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and you can walk to Dania Beach Casino! Short distance to the beach....just 1.5 miles! The Fort Lauderdale airpot is just 5 minutes away and Las Olas Blvd is 10 minutes.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
