Hi! My husband and I own Vanderbilt Villas, which includes three fantastic beach houses—this one, Villa Costa, and two others, Villa Cascata and Villa Palma. Each has its own fantastic vibe. Visit them all sometime and pick your favorite! There is the same amazing hospitality at each one.
Let's talk about this amazing one now!
Welcome to the tropical Villa Costa—your Ultimate Beach Retreat!
This is truly your home away from home, designed for comfort, fun, and making unforgettable memories. We don't put up yard signs to advertise because that would take away from the whole vibe of this being YOUR beach home for your scheduled stay.
As the owner (not some faceless management company!), I’m here to ensure you experience a fantastic vacation and feel like this is your home that you can't wait to return to next year or hey, visit one of our others, but come back again!
This 3-bedroom villa can very cozily sleep up to 15 guests—if you like them. If not, stick with 8-10 and keep it a tad quieter and spaced. Really, though, every space is thoughtful, practical, entertaining, and easy on the eye!
✔ Oversized primary suite w/large bathroom including separate bath and shower
✔ Baby Porta Crib to sleep a little. As a side note, we have a high chair too!
✔ Epic bunk room (sleeps 10—yep, really. Stuff ‘em in and shut the door.)
✔ Cool beachy third bedroom with a queen bed, with a surfboard and all!
✔ Fully stocked kitchen—no flimsy, one-use pans here!
✔ Large dining room table for an amazing family dinner + a fold-up kids’ table so they can bond over their own dinner chat.
✔ Screened-in patio w/ string lights, outdoor TV & Sonos speaker—cue the yacht rock
✔ Yard games, hammock & loungers for maximum chill mode
Entertainment? Well YES!
Arcade nook w/ full-size stand-up Golden Tee machine loaded with buckets of games
Bookshelf full of reads for screen-free relaxation
TWO remote workspaces (for working… or at least pretending to)
TVs hung everywhere for everyone; no need to fight over the remote.
Surprise! Every closet hides fun extras—maybe workout gear, a musical instrument, or craft supplies. Open and find out! Don't worry—there are no cluttered and overwhelming closets; the fun is organized!
The kids will always have toys, games, and books tucked away. Teens (to help you get them off their phones) and adults will have games, too; we didn't forget you!
Don't forget the garage stocked with beach gear, a wagon, chairs, towels, sand toys & even a little cooler to stuff with refreshments!
Ok, back to Paradise-- Take a short walk to the beach in about 15 minutes.
Tired feet, hot paws, or whiny cuties? Take the 2-minute drive to the parking ramp at Vanderbilt entrance or the parking lot at Delmar Wiggins.
Either way, paradise awaits.
A Few Things to Note:
Bringing a pup? Small, well-trained dogs (30 lbs max) are welcome! $30/day for one dog, $50/day for 2. Cleaning fee: $50 for 1, $75 for 2. Please clean up after them—we’re all about good vibes, no surprises in the yard, pretty please.
Grill away! If needed, fill the propane tank for your group and use the included wire brush to clean it quickly after every use.
As hard as it is to leave the comfort of the beach pad-- get out! There's so much to do, and I included a guidebook in the home with some suggestions. If you're new to the Naples scene, we love Baleen at La Playa or the Turtle Club. The bonus is you can hear the waves in the background while you enjoy your meal and company. More casual... Rocco's Taco's, Hampton Social for neighborhood spots. If you like even more casual than that, I have more recommendations that are popular with locals, so ask. Oh, Blue Martini also doesn't disappoint for a great happy hour or a nightclub kind of a night. If you like cigars, don't bring them home, but enjoy them with a drink at Burn. Incredible experience and good times. Most of those spots are in Mercato, where you can spend hours, day or night!
As for beautiful downtown Naples, we LOVE Malto for amazing Italian food, Aqua for a drink, and people-watching, just to name a few. Some of our favorite days have been a late lunch or early dinner with a short walk to Naples Beach for sunset. On gorgeous 5th Avenue, ending on the way back, we grab gelato; there are a few spots to choose from.
There's more. When we aren't eating, we love a charter with Joey D's to see all the beautiful Gulfside homes and relax on the boat—amazing for sunset. We have also taken the easy drive in under an hour to the Everglades to take a fun airboat ride and hold the baby gators. There's so much more, too. This gives you a taste. Feel free to ask for any recommendations on something specific!
Every store you can think of is at your disposal in 5 minutes: Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Publix, Walmart, and more! If you are new to Naples, go to the best store in the city-- Seed to Table, about 15 minutes North. Trust me, you've never experienced any grocery store like it in your life, and don't just think of it as a grocery store; it's an experience. I promise! Some locals are convinced it's the best steak in the city. You pick your cut of meat, and they cook it to your liking. Enjoy it at a table while you listen to the music! If you have kids, they have a great little play area with complimentary babysitters.
Naples is an excellent blend of beachy vacation with major conveniences and entertainment.
Have so much FUN!
Book now & let the good times roll! Don't hesitate to ask any questions or voice any concerns.
