Kitchen, separate dining areas, both indoor and outdoor on the lanai, a gas grill, large solar heated salt water pool with plenty of room for chairs and loungers to soak up the sun! This phenomenal property boasts 3 bedrooms: 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 bunk bed. The 2 bathrooms feature a shower, jetted bathtub, and bathtub. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine. Don't forget to look for manatees and dolphins off of the dock that sometimes come to visit! We provide an underwater fishing light for night fishing off the dock. Experience the magic of Cape Coral at our house.

This is the best location in Cape Coral! You are literally within 1 1/2 miles from downtown where all the fun nightlife happens, the Boathouse and Rum Runners ( two restaurants right on the water) the Westin with it's beautiful shops and restaurants, your choice of 2
Grocery Stores, Drug stores, Target, Walmart.
Don't forget to check out the Lobster Lady restaurant and a personal favorite, Wow Wings.
Fort Myers beach is a quick trip over the Cape Coral bridge.
