Overnight stop
We booked this property as an overnight stop on a road trip. It did the job but left a lot lacking. There were no check in or check out instructions provided and I had to request the access code from the property manager twice. The property is in an area with poor cell service and there was no wifi password provided. When I reached out to the host about it, I never got a response either through text or the app. There were no curtains on any windows, which made privacy in the bathrooms a challenge and sleeping in the bedrooms a challenge. There was someone else’s leftover hibachi dinner in the fridge. And half of the house had no heat. We attempted to set the heat for 71 through both the thermostats and the mini-split wall units when we arrived but when we woke up the next morning, the house was 60 degrees.
