About this property
Magical Midsummer Night Glamping Loft w Bikes
Escape to a one-of-a-kind whimsical-wonderland private studio, w/in ❤️ vibrant Riverside!
This studio is a dreamy escape, with a plush queen bed and a ceiling covered in twinkling fairy lights. The space will transport you to a fairy tale world.
The real magic lies in its location. You're just steps away from charming cafes, quirky boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. Take a stroll through lush parks along the river and catch a show at Daily’s or the historic Florida Theatre. Bikes also provided.
This suite is located on the 3rd floor of a historical building in beautiful Riverside. (*Please note…due to 3rd floor location ceiling height is restrictive. Max height at center of suite is 6’ 1”). When you walk through the doors you're transported to a magical wonderland.
There is a plush queen bed with hundreds of dimmable twinkle lights above. The living area is cozy and functional with a wifi enabled flat-screen tv, for your entertainment needs.
You overlook the neighborhood from your "indoor patio" and dine in style in the Japanese-inspired, eat-in kitchen area.
Please note the dresser in the photos was exchanged for a bench for placement of your luggage; guests overwhelmingly agreed they live out of their luggage during their stay. :)
Guests are welcome to enjoy the front porch and backyard of the historic home. Please note, no smoking on west side of porch where guests may be staying in the suite behind.
Ron and I are available 24/7 with any questions or concerns. All guest in the historic home are welcome to use the front porch. Please be aware there are guests behind one side of the porch. The other side of the porch is available without restriction.
The St. Johns River runs through Jacksonville, Florida, and its historic riverside is a vibrant and culturally rich area that has undergone significant development over the years.
The Riverside neighborhood, located on the western bank of the river, was originally established in the late 1800s and early 1900s and is known for its historic architecture, tree-lined streets, and bustling commercial district.
One of the most prominent landmarks in the area is the Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens, which features a collection of over 5,000 works of art and 2.5 acres of gardens. The museum is located on the site of the former home of Arthur and Ninah Cummer, who were prominent members of Jacksonville's society in the early 20th century.
Another notable feature of the historic riverside is the Memorial Park, which was dedicated in 1924 to honor the 1,200 Floridians who lost their lives during World War I. The park features a large bronze sculpture, a reflecting pool, and a walking path that offers stunning views of the river.
The Riverside Arts Market, held every Saturday under the Fuller Warren Bridge, is a popular destination for locals and visitors alike. The market features over 100 vendors selling handmade arts and crafts, locally-grown produce, and food from around the world.
Throughout the neighborhood, visitors can find a diverse array of restaurants, bars, and shops. The area is also home to several historic theaters, including the Riverside Theatre and the 5 Points Theatre.
Street parking is readily available. Our side of the street has unrestricted parking.
There is a maximum of 2 guests per night, per suite.
Good standing review from previous host is required prior to booking this suite.

This is a brand new suite, and we would like you to know a few things about it before accepting your request. As you can see in the photos, the third-floor room is curved on the sides. The room is about 6’4” foot at its tallest point in the middle. Any guest over 6 foot might find it uncomfortable when using some features of the room. Is this something you’re comfortable with?
