While Exuma dazzled with its famous swimming pigs and the Cayman Islands offered luxury, Eleuthera provided a refreshing sense of authenticity. They adored the locals, who shared stories of the island’s history and culture. Whether indulging in fine dining at charming restaurants or savoring local fare at beachside shacks, each meal felt like a celebration of the island’s flavors.
