For extra sleeping space, the living room includes a Queen-sized Murphy bed, ensuring plenty of room for everyone to relax.

This thoughtfully equipped condo includes a washer and dryer, free WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen with an extendable dining table, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay. Please note that the unit is located on the 2nd level, with stair access only, as there is no elevator.

Sea Oats G103 is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friend along to enjoy the vacation. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies, and pets must weigh 20 pounds or less. Please remember to keep your pet on a leash at all times, and note that pets are not allowed on the beach.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase before arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival. Tandem parking is available for two vehicles underneath the building (one carport space and one driveway space). If you bring your boat, you may park your boat trailer in these two reserved spaces. Parking is not permitted for any other vehicles, this includes RVs, ATVs, and boat trailers.

MONTHLY RENTALS
