Bonus points if you can "discover" a very large section of an old city wall of Paris (Philip Augustus) and the charming Village Saint-Paul very close by!The location is ideal, within walking distance from the Metro and Bus as well as wonderful restaurants and fresh groceries (fruit stores, cheese & meat shops, Carrefour, & Monoprix).
There is a beautiful garden next to the apartment that you can see from the dining room and you can always hear beautiful birds chirping when you open the windows.
The location is a little oasis of calm in the bustling city and yet very walkable to everything. the metro st. paul is right around the corner. if you go, try the restaurant, Chez Mademoiselle, perhaps 100 yards away, excellent food and very nice staff.
