Welcome to your perfect short-term rental near Disney in Florida! This spacious Disney themed home is located in a small gated community just a few miles from Disney World, Disney Springs, Celebration, and within walking distance to the vibrant downtown area of the new Margaritaville. Margaritaville offers live music at the town center, restaurants, bars, and a movie theater. It's also common to find high-end car shows and other interesting exhibits.
This large, spacious pool home boasts five bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms feature king-size beds, and three of these rooms have attached full baths. The kids' room has three bunk beds and shares a bath with the fourth bedroom with a king bed. There is one master bedroom and bathroom conveniently located on the main floor.
The pool area includes a separate wading pool for small children and a hot tub. (Please note that heating for the pool and spa needs to be requested in advance.)

My in-laws, lifelong Disney enthusiasts, dreamed of creating a home where friends and family could gather to make memories. When they discovered this charming retreat in Kissimmee, so close to Disney, they knew it was the perfect place to bring that dream to life.
The home’s name, “Tink’s Disney Home,” is a nod to my mother-in-law, lovingly nicknamed “Tinkerbell” as a child because of her petite frame and sweet nature. She and my father-in-law envisioned this home as a haven for their kids, grandkids, and others to enjoy, surrounded by the enchantment of Disney and the joy of being together.
As the manager of Tink’s Disney Home, I’m honored to carry on their vision by welcoming guests to share in the magic, create lasting experiences, and enjoy all the area has to offer.
