Fantastic 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located within walking distance to Broadway/Honky Tonks, Germantown, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Nashville Sounds, walking and biking paths. The condo is fully equipped with all the amenities, full kitchen and offers a fantastic view of the river! We have complimentary covered parking right next to the condo. Staying at this condo gives you access to a pool, workout facility, and washer/dryer. The riverside pool is open from July to Labor Day! Please note you might hear some construction noise from across the street.

Nice Simple One Bedroom Stay

This condo is a great place to drop your things and go. Conveniently located to a trail that takes you on a quick walk downtown and several restaurants within walking distance. Space was comfortable with 2 people. Couch not super comfortable to sleep on but there is a pull out bed in a closet that is comfortable. Space a little dark—several lamps help lighten it up. Hosts very responsive.

Perfect for two

Perfect condo for a couple. Within walking distance (about a mile) to Broadway on a well traveled route. Very clean and has everything we needed for a trip to Nashville.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville for the Bitcoin Conference. This was a great location to make it easy to get to and from the Music City Center. Great food close by like Toastique, The Goat and TailGate Brewery. The place was nice and comfortable. It has everything we needed. Wish I had known how close we were to the minor league baseball field. Would've been fun to go to a game and see the Friday night fireworks. Next time!

Great location! Great everything!

Awesome stay! River view was very entertaining with the barges and such. Awesome location - i rode the lime scooters all week, never drove my truck. Comfy, cozy, quiet, and safe. Ill definitely be back to Nashville, and will definitely return if this unit is available!

Quiet, just outside of main drag.

Easy check in. Location just outside of downtown. Nothing fancy, but quiet. Very short uber ride if you don't want to walk the mile to get to Broadway.

Close enough to everything

The area is quiet and pretty close to everything. Everything you need is provided, they even have phone chargers. The host responds quickly. Uber or Lyft out and ride scooters back.

A mixed bag

This condo is located in a somewhat questionable neighborhood next to a criminal detention center and definitely quite a trek to the bars and eateries. Also, the condo is located up multiple stairs, from the parking area, without an elevator. Definitely not a condo for the disabled or frail population. Condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. There is an open patio out back with a view of the river. Unfortunately it was covered with spiders and spider webs.

Nice weekend getaway in Nashville

Responsive and pleasant hosts. The property is well maintained and the little things (like provided toiletries, kitchen items etc.) were well appreciated and make a difference. Location wise, the walks to Broadway and Germantown are only about a mile each way and it was nice to be just slightly away from all the crowds. However, although quiet, there are some areas I would not want to walk alone in the dark (day time was totally fine).

Great condo on the river!

Clean, comfortable, perfect spot to stay while visiting Nashville! We took Lyft/Uber to downtown, but the walk is probably 15 minutes or so. Great little balcony overlooking the river, and comfortable bed. Would highly recommend!

Cozy and comfy condo.

We loved this condo! We went to the grocery store and made breakfast every day. It was so nice to just relax in the living room before we went out for the day. It would have been nice if it was closer to Broadway but don’t let that deter you from this great place. Highly recommended it!

All the comforts of home

The condo is very nice inside. The only exception would be the carpet in the bedroom, it is old, worn and outdated. The bed is comfortable. Living area and kitchen are nice. Both TV’s work great. The first impression of the surrounding area is not favorable, but once you get out and about it’s really pretty nice. Especially the Germantown section.

Amazing week in Nashville!

This condo is great for a couple. It is clean and cozy. Great location and in walking distance to Broadway. The bedroom faces the parking lot, so it is quite noisy. Over all a great place to stay while in Nashville.

Excellent Stay

Property was as described, perfect for a couple. Excellent location, approx 15 minute walk to Broadway and 15 minutes to grocery store in Germantown. Very clean condo. It was a little noisy in the morning due to construction in the area and the train. Laundry facilities were very convenient. Yana was very responsive when we had questions.

Enjoyed Nashville.

We needed to walk by a large population of homeless people on our walk along the river on 1st Ave North to Broadway. This was a surprise and a uncomfortable at night. We walked almost everywhere while in Nashville. This was the only stretch that we encountered this. On the weekend at night, there was a lot of loud noise from unruly individuals.

Great condo. Excellent location.

Perfect condo for our visit to Nashville. It was nice to be able to walk or take a short Uber ride to Broadway. We rented a car for our visit so we really appreciated all of the available parking spots. I agree with the previous reviewers that commented on how great the shower is and the bed is very comfortable. Would certainly stay there again.
