Why they chose this property
Greenpoint is now one of the most sought after neighborhoods in all of NYC, but I first moved here 6 years ago. It has a great neighborhood feel and an increasingly hip vibe and is full of excellent restaurants and bars.
What makes this property unique
I am the first person to live in my apartment, which means the building is only a few years old. The apartment is on the top floor and does not face the street, so it's super quiet. I also have a great balcony, which is a very relaxing spot for 3 seasons of the year. I also used to have a food blog, so you will find absolutely every kitchen gadget you could possibly want. My apartment is also always professionally cleaned before anyone arrives.
