Welcome to The Rivers' Loft Cabin – Your Perfect Escape by the Shenandoah River! No Pet Fees. No Extra Guest Charges. All you have to do is relax, unwind, and enjoy
Tucked away on the serene banks of the Shenandoah River, The Rivers' Loft offers a tranquil getaway with private river access—right at your front door! This cozy log cabin comfortably sleeps six with one king bed and two queen beds, making it perfect for families, couples, or small groups. Snuggle up by one of the two gas fireplaces, or gather around the outdoor wood-burning fire pit as you take in the beauty of nature.
The wrap-around deck offers sweeping views of the river and the stunning mountains. Fire up the charcoal grill for an outdoor meal with a view! The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need: an electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, grill gear, and all the utensils and dishes you’ll need to whip up a feast. Just bring your favorite seasonings!
For outdoor adventurers, we’ve got you covered! One canoe, five kayaks, and life vests are at your disposal for river fun. You can kayak, canoe, tube, raft, or fish right from your private river access—or drop in upriver and float back down to the cabin! For those looking to explore, we’re just a short drive to the charming town of Luray, home to the famous Luray Caverns, a fun air-rope course, a zoo, and plenty of great dining options. Shenandoah National Park is only 15 minutes away, offering breathtaking views along Skyline Drive, plus hiking, biking, and park facilities.
When it’s time to unwind indoors, enjoy Starlink Wi-Fi, Roku TVs (just log into your streaming services), books, and family board games. There’s even a small smart-tv in the loft to keep the kids (or adults) entertained. While cell signal can be spotty, our high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected. And if you’re a stargazer, get ready—our cabin offers breathtaking views of the night sky, unobstructed by city lights.
Pet-Friendly? Absolutely!
Your four-legged family members are welcome at no extra charge—because dogs shouldn’t come with a price tag.
A Rural Escape (But Not Secluded)
Yes, we’re in the countryside! No, you’re not totally alone! There are neighboring cabins, so while you’ll have your own peaceful haven you won’t be starring in an off-the-grid survival show.
The main and secondary roads leading to the cabin are paved, but the last stretch is gravel and/or hard-packed dirt. Depending on the season, you may encounter potholes, dust, ruts, and steep inclines. A front-wheel-drive vehicle can handle it, but low-profile sports cars and motorcycles? Not recommended.
Weather Advisory:
In the event of a major snowstorm or significant flooding, the road to The Rivers' Loft may become temporarily impassable. If this happens, we’ll gladly reschedule your reservation at no extra cost. During snow, ice, or heavy rain, a four-wheel-drive vehicle or tire chains may be necessary for safe access.
