Studio apartment part of a duplex. Nomad work on line?Reconnect with simpler things? Located in a tiny, almost secluded town on the coast. Chabihau is quaint and quiet. We have a beer store and grocery stores with limited options. Strongly suggest a supermarket/mercado stop before arriving. We are 1/2 a block from the Ria (lagoon) 2 blocks from the beach. Picturesque view from the roof top. CAUTION! No RAILING. Staying longer ?Reasonable offers are encouraged. The kitchen has plenty utensils. Back yard is a good size for an RV. The studio is not luxurious, but it has all the necessities and most of the comforts of home. Normal size refrigerator and plethora of kitchen utensils. We are 1/2 a block from the Ria (lagoon) 2 blocks from the beach. Picturesque view from the roof top. CAUTION! No RAILING. Staying longer ?Reasonable offers are encouraged. Back yard is a good size for an RV Please feel free to call anytime.

Born in Yucatan but spent most of my life in Honduras & Texas.Life decided to bring me back to my neck of the woods and found a little paradise. Like to read and listen to old farts music ,work on the yard,ride my bicycle, take my dog on walks and enjoy life my way. Prefer to converse with people that are outside the box.
Why they chose this property
From my rooftop the view is outstanding and can clearly see the flamingos and other birds in the lagoon about 80 feet from the house. To the North at about 150 yards the sea and birds from the comfort of my hamaca
What makes this property unique
The fact that from ocean to lagoon is only about 300 yards and there aren't any structures blocking view nor wind. The yard is small with tropical plants like chaya, pitaya,banana etc. Perfect for R&R
