Historic charm meets modern comfort at Little Hill Cottage, perfectly located between Saugerties and Woodstock, just 2 hours from New York City. The cottage, built in 1893, is situated on a little hill overlooking the local reservoir, providing idyllic water views from most rooms. The backyard looks over private woodland and features views of our beautiful, old red barn. The interior has been thoughtfully designed to have a modern farmhouse feel that’s cozy and inspiring.
The space
Little Hill Cottage is perfect for fulfilling days away from the city while being close to unique experiences like the Kaaterskill Falls, the Saugerties Lighthouse, and Opus40. Enjoy modern heating/cooling units in each room, hi-speed WIFI, Sonos speakers, a Bang & Olufson record player, a fully equipped kitchen, a wood-burning stove in the kitchen, and a fire pit in the private setting of the backyard at the foot of the mountains.
