If you enjoy watching spectacular sunrises and sunsets and are looking for quiet country serenity, then Vista Del Sol is your destination!
Vista Del Sol has a 2nd story bunkhouse with all the amenities, including 2 private bedrooms(each with its own bath), 2 futons in the living room, DISH Network, DVD, a fully-equipped kitchen w/dining area, a gas log fireplace and air conditioning. It is truly a 4-season respite.

This is a romantic as well as a family-friendly getaway. Charcoal burgers or steaks on the grill outside. Watch the horses grazing in the pastures. Enjoy visiting the llama and goats and perhaps catch a glimpse of the natural wildlife roaming the area. Feel free to hike (20 acres of fenced woods with trails), bird watch and picnic on our beautiful acreage. Cozy up to a campfire and roast marshmallows or tell ghost stories. Play a game of horseshoes, croquet, or other outdoor games and activities. If you enjoy indoor time - games, cards, books, magazines, and movies are available for your use. Make memories you will never forget! There is never a lack of things to do!
This rural hilltop setting lets you enjoy the sights and sounds of Mother Nature at her finest - including stars shining brilliantly in the night sky, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and songbirds providing background music!
Vista Del Sol is within easy access to the major attractions the Arbuckle area offers. Turner Falls, Lake of the Arbuckles, Chickasaw National Recreation Area, Bedre Chocolate Factory and Welcome Center, and the quaint communities of Davis and Sulphur are all within a 20 minute drive.

If you want the opportunity to bring your horses on vacation, then Vista Del Sol Bunkhouse & Livery is the place for you! With 20 acres of wooded trails, stalls, corral, and arena available for your use, your 4-legged friends don’t have to be left behind! If you want to venture out and see the area on horseback, the Chickasaw National Recreation Area in Sulphur is just a few miles down the road and has equestrian trails galore for your riding or hiking enjoyment. Although we do not furnish horses to ride, there is a horse rental facility in nearby Sulphur called Arbuckle Trail Rides.

Pets are welcome at Vista too, but there are rules and fees. Please ask for information.

Had a great Labor Day at Vista del Sol! Super clean, every need and convenience addressed. Near Turner Falls and not too far from Lake Murray. Close to activities but remote enough to enjoy the country peace and quiet. Highly recommend!

Very well maintained and the horses and other animals were so sweet! We had a great time cooking out and making memories. We definitely plan on coming back!

Our Family had an amazing time, great place with lots of land, outside and inside games, we made a fire and had smores and grilled out. The bunkhouse is so beautiful and the owners make you feel so comfortable. We had an overall excellent little getaway.

The property is so beautiful! It was far from the road. We felt safe letting our little girls play outside. The owner pointed out a box of outside toys they could use. We played soccer and horse shoes, and my five year old loved the waterguns. The bunk house was so cute! The decor was just beautiful and we cooked both breakfast and dinner in the fully furnished kitchen. There was plenty of room for all of us. My husband and I were in one bedroom, our 16 year old daughter in the other, and three slept on the futons in the living room. There were blankets and pillows to spare. The kitchen had coffee, creamer, oil, tea, hot chocolate, apple cider, jelly, salad dressing and some spices. There was oil for cooking, and salt and pepper. Bathrooms had shampoo and soap. There's games, DVDs and many books! I've already told my husband that I want to come back for our anniversary!

Friendly owners, adorable bunkhouse stocked with a few games, lots of books, condiments, outside grill, dishes, linens, paper products and extra conveniences. Comfy futons and beds, beautiful views, adorable animals, cute guest book and great walking/hiking property. Couldn't find a single thing to complain about other than the wind was too strong for a campfire while we were there. FYI - the owners directions are much better than the gps/Google. Highly recommended.
